Q4 Brand Campaign Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions governing Q4 Campaign (“Campaign”)

By participating in the Campaign with GXS Bank Pte. Ltd. (“GXS Bank” or “Bank”), you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”):

A. Q4 Campaign

1. Campaign Period:

The Campaign is available from 7 October 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive) or any such date(s) as may be determined and notified by the Bank in its sole discretion (“Campaign Period”), unless otherwise stated herein.

2. Eligibility:
  1. The Campaign is available to you if:

  (i) you fulfil the requirements under each Campaign under this Campaign e.g. you are a new-to-GXS Savings Account, GXS Debit Card, GXS FlexiCard and/or GXS FlexiLoan customer in respect of the respective Campaign during the Campaign Period; and

  (ii) your respective GXS Savings Account, GXS Debit Card, GXS FlexiCard and/or GXS FlexiLoan account (where applicable) is active and in good standing with the Bank until the point(s) of fulfilment of the applicable Cashback(s) (as defined below) for this Campaign,

(“Eligible Customer”), unless otherwise stated herein.

  1. You will not be eligible to participate in the Save Campaign, Spend Campaign or Borrow Campaign under this Q4 Campaign if you had participated in the corresponding campaign under the Singtel Staff Promotion.
  2. You will not be eligible to participate in the Save Campaign, Spend Campaign or Borrow Campaign under this Q4 Campaign for any new GXS Savings Account, GXS Debit Card, GXS FlexiCard and/or GXS FlexiLoan you successfully open, if you previously held and closed a GXS Savings Account, GXS Debit Card, GXS FlexiCard and/or GXS FlexiLoan respectively.
3. Campaigns
  1. This Campaign comprises the following four (4) campaigns:

  (i) Save Campaign for a S$20 cashback;

  (iI) Spend Campaign for a S$20 cashback;

  (iII) Borrow Campaign for a S$60 cashback; and

  (iv) Refer for Rewards Campaign (October to December 2024) for a S$5 cashback.

b. Each Eligible Person will receive up to S$100 in cashback under the Save Campaign, Spend Campaign and Borrow Campaign, and up to S$5 in the Refer for Rewards Campaign.

c. You may also enjoy the rewards from Grab and Singtel stated in Section H of these Terms, subject to the terms and conditions of GXS Bank, Grab and Singtel.

B. Save Campaign

1. The Save Campaign is available to Eligible Persons who are new-to-GXS Savings Account customers who successfully open your GXS Savings Account from 7 October 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive) only.

2. Each Eligible Person shall be entitled to receive S$20 cashback (“Save Cashback”) if you:

  1. successfully open your GXS Savings Account from 7 October 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive); and
  2. successfully fulfil the following requirements under this Save Campaign:

       (i) deposit at least S$5,000 in fresh funds into your GXS Savings Account by the end of the month in which you opened your GXS Savings Account (“Funding Period”). Fresh funds refer to funds not transferred from any GXS Savings Account (i.e. not transferred from a Main Account, any Saving Pocket or a Boost Pocket); and

       (ii) throughout the applicable 3-month holding period (“3-month Holding Period”), maintain a total day end balance of at least S$5,000 in your GXS Savings Account (i.e. aggregate day end balance in your Main Account, all Saving Pockets and all Boost Pockets) for every day of the said period:

C. Spend Campaign

1. The Spend Campaign is available to Eligible Persons who are new-to-GXS Debit Card or new-to-GXS FlexiCard customers who successfully create your virtual GXS Debit Card or virtual GXS FlexiCard from 7 October 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive) only.

2. Each Eligible Person shall be entitled to receive S$20 cashback (“Spend Cashback”) if you:

  1. successfully create your virtual GXS Debit Card or virtual GXS FlexiCard from 7 October 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive) (“Card Creation Date”); and
  2. during the applicable spend period (“Spend Period”), successfully fulfil a minimum aggregate spend of S$200 on all Qualifying Transactions on your virtual and/or physical GXS Debit Card or virtual and/or physical GXS FlexiCard by the end of the next calendar month after you create your GXS Debit Card or GXS FlexiCard:

3. “Qualifying Transaction” on your GXS Debit Card means an Eligible Transaction on your GXS Debit Card under the GXS Debit Card Rewards and on your GXS FlexiCard means an Eligible Transaction on your GXS FlexiCard under the GXS FlexiCard Rewards, save that no minimum spend per transaction is required for purposes of a Qualifying Transaction on your GXS Debit Card or GXS FlexiCard under this Spend Campaign.

4. If you are an existing GXS Debit Card customer who does not maintain a GXS FlexiCard, you may participate in the Spend Campaign by becoming a new-to-GXS FlexiCard customer and fulfilling the requirements by spending on your GXS FlexiCard. If you are an existing GXS FlexiCard customer who does not maintain a GXS Debit Card, you may participate in the Spend Campaign by becoming a new-to-GXS Debit Card customer and fulfilling the requirements by spending on your GXS Debit Card.

5. Qualifying Transactions on your GXS Debit Card and GXS FlexiCard cannot be combined to meet the minimum aggregate spend of S$200. The minimum aggregate spend must be on either the GXS Debit Card or GXS FlexiCard only.

D. Borrow Campaign

1. The Borrow Campaign is available to Eligible Persons who are new-to-GXS FlexiLoan customers who successfully open your GXS FlexiLoan account from 7 October 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive) only.

2. Each Eligible Person shall be entitled to receive S$60 cashback (“Borrow Cashback”) if you:

  1. successfully open your GXS FlexiLoan account from 7 October 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive);
  2. during the Campaign Period, successfully perform a drawdown of a single GXS FlexiLoan Balance Transfer loan of a minimum of S$10,000 and such Balance Transfer loan has a loan tenure of not less than nine (9) months (“Balance Transfer Loan”); and
  3. maintain a GXS Savings Account by 1 February 2025.

3. For purposes of this Borrow Campaign, drawdowns of a GXS FlexiLoan Instalment Loan will not fulfil the requirement of a Balance Transfer Loan.

4. The Bank reserves the right to reject any application, suspend, terminate or close any GXS FlexiLoan account and/or change or vary any term of the GXS FlexiLoan offered (including the credit limits or any interest rate) at its sole and absolute discretion, including but not limited to if the Bank determines (at its sole discretion) that an Eligible Person has not fulfilled the terms of the Campaign and/or otherwise any misrepresentation, misconduct, fraud, and/or unfair or illegal conduct has been exhibited on the part of the Eligible Person at any time.

E. Refer for Rewards Campaign (October to December 2024)

1. The Refer for Rewards Campaign (October to December 2024) (“Referral Campaign”) is available from 18 October 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive) or any such date(s) as may be determined and notified by the Bank in its sole discretion (“Referral Campaign Period”), unless otherwise stated herein.

Eligibility

2. Subject to Clause E3 below, you are eligible to participate in this Referral Campaign if:

  1. you have received an invite from the Bank via approved bank channels to participate in the Referral Campaign;
  2. you hold or maintain any GXS Bank Product account that is active and in good standing during the Referral Campaign Period; and
  3. you successfully refer any person (“Referee”) to the Bank to successfully sign up for any of the following GXS Bank products during the Referral Campaign Period:

       (i) GXS Savings Account;

       (ii) GXS FlexiCard; and/or

       (iii) GXS FlexiLoan,

       (each, a “GXS Bank Product” and together “GXS Bank Products”).

Such existing GXS Bank Product account holder shall be referred to as the “Introducer”.

3. You will not be eligible for this Referral Campaign if:

  1. at any time, you’ve breached any of the Terms or the terms and conditions governing any GXS Bank Product account or your GXS Bank Product account has been blocked, terminated, suspended or is under investigation;
  2. the requirements in Clause E2 above have not been met; or
  3. the Referee had closed any of his or her applicable GXS Bank account(s) in the last 6 months from the date the referral code is being used and reapplied for such GXS Bank account during this Referral Campaign Period.

4. Without prejudice to Clauses E2 to E7, a referral will be considered successful if:

  1. the eligibility requirements in Clause E2 have been met;
  2. the Bank receives the Referee’s application for any GXS Bank Product via the Introducer’s referral code (which is valid and existing) during the Referral Campaign Period which has been sent to the Introducer through official GXS communication channels; and
  3. it is made in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012

(“Successful Referral”).

5. For the avoidance of doubt, a Successful Referral is for each Referee who has applied for a GXS Bank Product. If such Referee successfully applied for three (3) GXS Bank Products, it would still be considered as one (1) Successful Referral.

6. The date of referral shall be determined as the date on which the Bank receives the Referee’s application for the applicable GXS Bank Product via the Introducer’s referral code.

7. Without prejudice to these Terms, the Bank shall retain the sole and absolute discretion to determine any person’s eligibility under any GXS Bank Product application or this Referral Campaign for any reason without liability, including (but not limited to) if the Bank determines at its sole discretion that an Introducer or Referee has not complied with or has breached any of the Terms or any GXS Bank Product Terms and/or otherwise due to any misrepresentation, misconduct, fraud and/or unfair or illegal conduct exhibited by any person at any time.

Refer for Rewards Campaign

8. Under this Referral Campaign, the Introducer will receive a S$5 cashback per Successful Referral (“Referral Cashback”).

9. If more than one Introducer refers the same Referee to the Bank during the Referral Campaign Period under this Referral Campaign, the Introducer whose referral code is first used by the Referee in his or her successful application will be eligible to receive the Referral Cashback. The use of such referral code shall be final and conclusive.

10. A Referee is only allowed to use a referral code once and cannot use multiple referral codes.

Personal Data

11. By referring any Referee to the Bank or sending any Bank-issued referral code to any Referee, the Introducer:

  1. consents to the Bank disclosing information on the Introducer and the fact that such Introducer holds an account or accounts for a GXS Bank Product or GXS Bank Products to the Referee for purposes of or in connection with this Referral Campaign;
  2. agrees and confirms that he or she has prior to referring any Referee already informed and obtained the consent of the Referee to collect, disclose and use the Referee’s personal data for the purposes of or in connection with this Referral Campaign and that certain information relating to the Referee’s GXS Bank Product application may be disclosed to the Introducer by virtue of whether or not such Introducer receives a Referral Cashback; and
  3. agrees and confirms that he or she has prior to referring any Referee already informed and obtained the consent of the Referee to the Bank’s representative contacting them via phone, message and/or electronic mail for the purposes of or in connection with this Referral Campaign.

12. By using any Bank-issued referral code to apply for a GXS Bank Product under this Promotion, the Referee agrees, confirms and consents:

  1. to the Bank collecting, disclosing and using his or her personal data for the purposes of or in connection with this Promotion and that certain information relating to the Referee’s GXS Bank Product application may be disclosed to the Introducer; and
  2. to the Bank or any Bank representative contacting them via phone, message and/or electronic mail.

F. Grab and Singtel Rewards

10X GrabRewards Points

1. You will be rewarded with 10 times GrabRewards points from 7 October 2024 to 30 November 2024 (both dates inclusive) or any such date(s) as may be determined and notified by the Bank in its sole discretion (“10X GRP Period”), unless otherwise stated herein, if:

  1. you link your GXS Savings Account as a payment method on your Grab app; and
  2. you perform an Eligible Transaction.

2. Receiving 10 times GrabRewards points means that you will receive a payment reward of 9 times more GrabRewards points than the prevailing rate of GrabRewards points to be awarded by Grab to GrabPay Wallet users in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of Grab.

3. “Eligible Transaction” means a payment made for Grab Transport, Food, Mart and Express within the Grab app using your linked GXS Savings Account as a funding source, or any other transaction types that the Bank may specify from time to time to time.

4. The Bank’s Ecosystem Terms – Grab shall apply. During the 10X GRP Period, you will receive 10 times GrabRewards points instead of Spend Boost, and this Section F shall apply instead of Clause B2 of the Ecosystem Terms – Grab.

Singtel Voucher

5. From 7 October 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive), you will be rewarded with S$2 off Singtel’s ReadyRoam Worldwide/Others (“Singtel Voucher”) by Singtel, if you:

  1. fulfil the requirements under each Campaign under this Campaign e.g. you are a new-to-GXS Savings Account, GXS Debit Card, GXS FlexiCard and/or GXS FlexiLoan customer in respect of the respective Campaign during the Campaign Period; and
  2. maintain a Singtel NRIC-registered mobile line.

6. The Singtel Voucher shall be in the form of a Singtel voucher code which will be notified to you by the Bank to your last known email address in the Bank’s records.

7. Singtel Voucher is issued on a first-come-first served basis and is while stocks last. Limited to the first 10,000 successful redemptions only.

8. Singtel Voucher must be redeemed on or before 31 March 2025, in accordance with the terms and conditions of Singtel.

9. Any unredeemed Singtel Voucher within any prescribed redemption period shall be forfeited. If your Singtel Voucher has been forfeited, you shall not be entitled to any payment of compensation or replacement. Strictly no extension of such prescribed redemption period will be allowed. The redemption and use of the Singtel Voucher is subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by Singtel. By using the Singtel Voucher, you agree to the terms and conditions of Singtel.

10. Any unredeemed Singtel Voucher within any prescribed redemption period shall be forfeited. If your Singtel Voucher has been forfeited, you shall not be entitled to any payment of compensation or replacement. Strictly no extension of such prescribed redemption period will be allowed. The redemption and use of the Singtel Voucher is subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by the relevant merchant issuing the Singtel Voucher. By using the Singtel Voucher, you agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant merchant issuing the Singtel Voucher.

11. You shall accept the Singtel Voucher “as is”. The Bank is not the supplier of the Singtel Voucher, good(s) and service(s) and makes no representation or warranty as to the quality, merchantability and/or fitness of purpose of the Singtel Voucher, good(s) and service(s) provided by any merchant or service provider. The Bank assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts or defaults of the merchants or for any non-delivery, non-performance or defects in the Singtel Voucher, good(s) and/or service(s). Any disputes over the Singtel Voucher, product quality and/or services by a merchant should be resolved directly with Singtel.

12. Terms and conditions of Singtel, as determined by them from time to time, shall apply. Singtel reserves the right to amend, change or withdraw any terms and conditions without prior notice.

G. Definitions

GXS Savings Account

1. “GXS Savings Account” means the GXS Savings Account, for which more information and terms and conditions can be found here.

2. “Main Account” means the Main Account of your GXS Savings Account.

GXS Debit Card

3. “Eligible Transaction” means an Eligible Transaction under the GXS Debit Card Rewards.

4. “GXS Debit Card” means the GXS Debit Card, for which more information and terms and conditions can be found here.

5. “GXS Debit Card Rewards” means the GXS Debit Card Rewards governed by Section A of the Rewards Terms, for which more information and terms and conditions can be found here.

GXS FlexiCard

6. “Eligible Transaction” means an Eligible Transaction under the GXS FlexiCard Rewards.

7. “GXS FlexiCard” means the GXS FlexiCard, for which more information and terms and conditions can be found here.

8. “GXS FlexiCard Rewards” means the GXS FlexiCard Rewards governed by Section B of the Rewards Terms, for which more information and terms and conditions can be found here.

GXS FlexiLoan

9. “GXS FlexiLoan” means the GXS FlexiLoan, for which more information and terms and conditions can be found here. For the avoidance of doubt, the GXS FlexiLoan Terms and Conditions include the GXS FlexiLoan - Balance Transfer Terms and Conditions.

H. Additional Terms for Cashback

1. For purposes of this Section H, “Cashback” shall mean Save Cashback, Spend Cashback, Borrow Cashback and Referral Cashback.

2. Cashback is issued on a first-come-first served basis and is while stocks last. The Referral Cashback is on a first-come-first-served basis and is limited to the first 10,000 Successful Referrals during the Referral Campaign Period.

3. You are entitled to receive a maximum of one (1) each of the Save Cashback, Spend Cashback and Borrow Cashback under this Campaign.

4. Save Cashback shall be credited into the Main Account of your GXS Savings Account within 14 business days after your applicable 3-month Holding Period.

5. Spend Cashback for GXS Debit Card customers shall be credited into the Main Account of your GXS Savings Account on or before 28 February 2025. Spend Cashback for GXS FlexiCard customers shall be credited into your GXS FlexiCard account on or before 28 February 2025.

6. Borrow Cashback shall be credited into the Main Account of your GXS Savings Account on or before 28 February 2025.

7. GXS FlexiLoan customers and Introducers must successfully open a GXS Savings Account to receive Cashback under this Campaign. You are to ensure that you have done so by 10 January 2025. In the event you do not maintain a GXS Savings Account at the point of fulfilment and crediting, your Cashback will be deemed to be forfeited by you in full.

8. If your GXS Savings Account or GXS FlexiCard account (as applicable) is closed prior to the crediting of any Cashback for any reason, or if any Qualifying Transaction is reversed or refunded (in full or in part) so that the minimum aggregate spend requirement is not met, the Cashback that has yet to be credited will be forfeited.

9. Cashback is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items, and cannot be transferred or assigned.

10. The Bank reserves the right to replace, exchange, vary or substitute any Cashback with an item(s) of equivalent value at its sole discretion without prior notice or reason and without liability to any persons.

11. If the Bank at any time determines at its sole and absolute discretion that any of the requirements of the Campaign were not met or complied with, or if any Qualifying Transaction is reversed or refunded (in full or in part) so that the minimum aggregate spend requirement is not met, the Bank reserves the right to recover any or all Cashback (or its equivalent value) by deduction from your GXS Savings Account or any account you maintain with us.

I. Additional Terms for Grab and Singtel

1. The Bank is not an agent of Grab or Singtel. The Bank holds a banking licence and is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. The Bank is a separate entity from the Grab Financial Group entities. The Bank is a separate entity from the Singtel Group entities. The Bank is the provider of the GXS Savings Account, GXS Debit Card, GXS FlexiLoan and GXS FlexiCard.

2. Terms and conditions of Grab and Singtel, as determined by them from time to time, shall apply. The Bank’s terms and conditions are separate from the terms and conditions of Grab and Singtel. The Bank is not responsible for the terms and conditions, or any changes to the terms and conditions, of Grab or Singtel.

J. General

1. This Campaign is not valid with other offers or campaigns unless otherwise stated. For the avoidance of doubt, all customers may also participate in all other GXS FlexiLoan campaigns that are running during the Promotion Period if they have complied with the applicable terms and conditions thereunder, unless otherwise stated.

2. The Bank may add to, amend, modify or vary any or all of these Terms at any time without notice or liability to any person.

3. The Bank’s records and decisions on all matters relating to the Campaign (including but not limited to the eligibility of any person to participate in the Campaign and the awarding of any cashback, voucher or item) shall be final, conclusive and binding on all customers. We are not obliged to entertain any correspondence.

4. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Campaign, these Terms shall prevail.

5. The Bank, employees and/or independent contractors shall not be liable for any loss, liability, expense, damage and/or injury whatsoever or howsoever incurred or sustained by any person by reason of, arising from or in connection with the Campaign including the redemption or use of any good, service, product or facility of any merchant (if applicable) or for any other reason.

6. The Bank is not responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission of any transaction by any party, including acquiring merchants, merchant establishments or any telecommunication provider.

7. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Singapore law, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

8. A third party who is not a party to these Terms shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any provision of these Terms.

9. These Terms shall apply in conjunction with the Deposit Account Terms, Card Account Terms, Rewards Terms, GXS FlexiLoan Terms and Conditions (including the GXS FlexiLoan - Balance Transfer Terms and Conditions) and Ecosystem Terms - Grab, which shall apply. Unless otherwise stated, all capitalised terms used in this Campaign shall have the meanings set forth in these terms and conditions (as applicable) or as otherwise defined elsewhere in these Terms.

10. All information is accurate at the time of publication.

Deposit Insurance Scheme

Singapore dollar deposits of non-bank depositors are insured by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation, for up to S$100,000 in aggregate per depositor per Scheme member by law. Foreign currency deposits, dual currency investments, structured deposits and other investment products are not insured.
