Terms and conditions governing Cashback Boost Campaign (“Campaign”)
By participating in the Campaign with GXS Bank Pte. Ltd. (“GXS” or “Bank”), you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”):
1. Campaign Period:
The Campaign is available from 1 September 2024 to 30 November 2024 (both dates inclusive) or any such date(s) as may be determined and notified by the Bank in its sole discretion (“Campaign Period”).
2. Eligibility:
a. You are eligible to participate in the Campaign if:
i. you successfully open and maintain a GXS Savings Account from 1 September 2024 until the end of the Campaign Period; and
ii. your GXS Savings Account is active and in good standing with the Bank until the point(s) of fulfilment of Cashback Boost (as defined below) for this Campaign,
("Eligible Customer")
b. You will not be eligible to participate in this Campaign:
i. if you successfully opened your GXS Savings Account prior to the Campaign Period;
ii. if you have closed your GXS Savings Account in the last three (3) months;
iii. for any new GXS Savings Account you successfully open, if you held and closed a GXS Savings Account previously.
3. Campaign:
This Campaign comprises the following (2) Campaigns:
a. Campaign 1: Cashback Bonus Campaign; and
b. Campaign 2: Cashback Boost Campaign.
1. The Cashback Bonus Campaign is available to Eligible Customers who successfully open your GXS Savings Account from 1 September 2024 to 30 September 2024 (both dates inclusive) only.
2. Each Eligible Customer who:
a. successfully opens your GXS Savings Account from 1 September 2024 to 30 September 2024 (both dates inclusive); and
b. successfully performs your first transaction on your GXS Debit Card on or before 31 October 2024,
shall receive a cash reward of S$10 (“Cashback Bonus”).
3. For your first GXS Debit Card transaction, you do not need to fulfil requirements for an Eligible Transaction, such as a minimum spend or an eligible merchant category, to receive the Cashback Bonus.
Under the Cashback Boost Campaign, each Eligible Customer shall be entitled to receive 1% cashback on all Qualifying Transactions during the Campaign Period, up to a maximum aggregate of S$20 in cashback per calendar month during the Campaign Period (“Cashback Boost”).
- “Qualifying Transaction” means one of the following types of retail transaction, using funds from your GXS Savings Account:
a. an Eligible Transaction on your GXS Debit Card under the GXS Debit Card Rewards, save that no minimum spend per transaction is required for purposes of a Qualifying Transaction under this Campaign;
b. a Grab Eligible Transaction;
c. a Dash Eligible Transaction performed via scanning QR.
GXS Debit Card - “Eligible Transaction” means an Eligible Transaction under the GXS Debit Card Rewards.
- “GXS Debit Card” means the GXS Debit Card, for which more information and terms and conditions can be found at https://www.gxs.com.sg/tnc.
- “GXS Debit Card Rewards” means the GXS Debit Card Rewards governed by Section A of the Rewards Terms, for which more information and terms and conditions can be found at https://www.gxs.com.sg/tnc.
GXS Savings Account - “GXS Savings Account” means the GXS Savings Account, for which more information and terms and conditions can be found at https://www.gxs.com.sg/tnc.
- “Main Account” means the Main Account of your GXS Savings Account.
Grab - “Grab” means GPay Network (S) Pte. Ltd.
- “Grab Eligible Transaction” means a payment made for Grab Transport, Food, Mart and Express within the Grab app using your linked GXS Savings Account as a funding source, or any other transaction types that the Bank may specify from time to time to time.
Singtel - “Singtel” means SingCash Pte. Ltd.
- “Dash Eligible Transaction” means a payment made for selected transactions and/or merchants (as determined by Singtel) with the Singtel Dash (“Dash”) app using funds from your linked GXS Savings Account, or any other transaction types that the Bank may specify from time to time to time.
- Cashback Bonus and Cashback Boost are each issued on a first-come-first-served basis and are while stocks last.
- Eligible Customers who fulfil the requirements to receive the Reward(s) are each entitled to receive:
a. In respect of Cashback Bonus, up to one (1) Cashback Bonus per Eligible Customer who successfully fulfils the requirements to receive a Cashback Bonus;
b. In respect of Cashback Boost, up to a maximum aggregate of S$20 in Cashback Boost per calendar month (i.e. each of September, October and November 2024) during the Campaign Period, and up to a maximum aggregate of S$60 in Cashback Boost under this Campaign. - The Cashback Bonus shall be credited to the Main Account of the GXS Savings Account of successful customers within 14 business days after 31 October 2024.
- The Cashback Boost shall be credited to the Main Account of the GXS Savings Account of successful customers within 14 business days after each calendar month during the Campaign Period, in the following manner:
a. for Cashback Boost for August, within 14 business days after 30 September 2024;
b. for Cashback Boost for September, within 14 business days after 31 October 2024; and
c. for Cashback Boost for October, within 14 business days after 30 November 2024. - If your GXS Savings Account is closed prior to the crediting of the Reward(s) for any reason, or if Qualifying Transactions are reversed or refunded, the Reward(s) that has yet to be credited will be forfeited notwithstanding that it was accrued under the Campaign.
- Reward(s) is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items, and cannot be transferred or assigned.
- The Bank reserves the right to replace, exchange, vary or substitute the Reward(s) with an item(s) of equivalent value at its sole discretion without prior notice or reason and without liability to any persons.
- If the Bank at any time determines at its sole and absolute discretion that any of the requirements of the Campaign were not met or complied with, or if Qualifying Transactions are reversed or refunded, the Bank reserves the right to recover any or all the Reward(s) (or its equivalent value) by deduction from your GXS Savings Account or any account you maintain with us.
- Any issues or disputes relating to Grab, should be resolved directly with Grab. Issues relating to the Grab app, including maintenance and support issues, malfunctions, or claims relating to the Grab app, should be resolved directly with Grab.
- Any issues or disputes relating to Singtel or Singtel Dash should be resolved directly with Singtel or Singtel Dash. Issues relating to the Dash app, including maintenance and support issues, malfunctions, or claims relating to the Dash app, should be resolved directly with Singtel.
- The Bank is not an agent of Grab, Singtel, or Singtel Dash. The Bank holds a banking licence and is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. The Bank is a separate entity from the Grab Financial Group entities. The Bank is a separate entity from the Singtel Group entities. The Bank is the provider of the GXS Savings Account and the GXS Debit Card.
- Terms and conditions of Grab, Singtel and Singtel Dash, as determined by them from time to time, shall apply. The Bank’s terms and conditions are separate from the terms and conditions of Grab, Singtel and Singtel Dash. The Bank is not responsible for the terms and conditions, or any changes to the terms and conditions, of Grab, Singtel or Singtel Dash.
- This Campaign is not valid with other offers, campaigns or promotions unless otherwise stated.
- The Bank may add to, amend, modify or vary any or all of these Terms at any time without notice or liability to any person.
- The Bank’s records and decisions on all matters relating to the Campaign (including but not limited to the eligibility of any person to participate in the Campaign and the awarding of any cashback, voucher or item) shall be final, conclusive and binding on all customers. We are not obliged to entertain any correspondence.
- In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Campaign, these Terms shall prevail.
- The Bank, employees and/or independent contractors shall not be liable for any loss, liability, expense, damage and/or injury whatsoever or howsoever incurred or sustained by any person by reason of, arising from or in connection with the Campaign including the redemption or use of any good, service, product or facility of any merchant (if applicable) or for any other reason.
- The Bank is not responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission of any transaction by any party, including acquiring merchants, merchant establishments or any telecommunication provider.
- These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Singapore law, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
- A third party who is not a party to these Terms shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any provision of these Terms.
- These Terms shall apply in conjunction with the Deposit Account Terms, Ecosystem Terms - Grab, Ecosystem Terms - Singtel Dash, Card Account Terms and Rewards Terms, which shall apply.

Deposit Insurance Scheme
Singapore dollar deposits of non-bank depositors are insured by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation, for up to S$100,000 in aggregate per depositor per Scheme member by law. Foreign currency deposits, dual currency investments, structured deposits and other investment products are not insured.
