GXS FlexiLoan Promo FAQ
The GrabGifts promo code can be used on Transport, Food, Mart, or Express on Grab. You can redeem it as one voucher or break it down into vouchers of smaller denominations ($5 and/or $10).
Easy! Open your Grab app and follow the steps below:
- At the top of the Grab homepage, scroll right to find the “Gifts” tile and click on it
- At the top right corner, click the giftbox icon
- Enter your alphanumeric promo code to redeem
- Select your preferred gift (e.g. Transport, Food, Mart, Express)
- Select your preferred voucher denomination
- Confirm your voucher
Your voucher will be added to your rewards. You can find it under “My Rewards”.
Not to worry, you can raise a ticket via the Grab Help Centre on your Grab app or web browser.
On your web browser:
1. Head to the Grab Help Centre page (https://help.grab.com/passenger/en-sg/).
2. Select ‘Gift Cards’.
3. Under ‘Report a GrabGifts issue’, click on ‘My GrabGifts doesn’t work’.
4. If you’re not logged in, simply click on the ‘Login to get help’ button and enter your login information.
5. Once logged in, proceed with the filling in the form:
- Select ‘Promo Code’ under Gift Card type.
- Enter the promo code in ‘Code/Link/Number’.
- Lastly, enter a short description of the issue you face.
6. Hit submit once you’ve filled in all the required information.
On your Grab app:
1. Tap on ‘Account’ from the bottom bar.
2. Under ‘General’, scroll down to ‘Help Centre’.
3. In ‘Find more help’, select ‘Browse by services’.
4. Select ‘Gift Cards’ and tap on ‘Report a GrabGifts issue’.
5. Click on ‘My GrabGifts doesn’t work’ and proceed with filling in the form:
- Select ‘Promo Code’ under Gift Card type.
- Enter the promo code in ‘Code/Link/Number’.
- Lastly, enter a short description of the issue you face.
6. Hit submit once you’ve filled in all the required information.
