Bonus interest of 0.5% p.a. under the Biz Ecosystem Terms - Grab and Biz Ecosystem Terms - Singtel will be discontinued from 1 July 2025. All Bonus Interest which you are eligible to receive until 30 June 2025 will be credited to your GXS Biz Account before 15 July 2025.

The following Biz Ecosystem Rewards will also expire on 30 June 2025:

2. Biz Ecosystem Terms - Singtel: Section B for Biz Ecosystem Rewards – Singtel (Bonus Interest) and Section C for the current Biz Ecosystem Rewards – Singtel (Singtel Rewards), comprising the Singtel Retail Promotion and the Singtel Business Loyalty Promotion, have been revised to end on 30 June 2025.

Deposit Insurance Scheme: Singapore dollar deposits of non-bank depositors are insured by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation, for up to S$100,000 in aggregate per depositor per Scheme member by law. Foreign currency deposits, dual currency investments, structured deposits and other investment products are not insured.

Revisions to interest rates on GXS Savings Account

With effect from 30 May 2025:
- The interest rate for Main Account will be adjusted from 2.08% p.a. to 1.68% p.a.
- The interest rate for Saving Pockets will be adjusted from 2.38% p.a. to 1.98% p.a.

We will be revising Section A: General Terms and Conditions of our Deposit Account Terms, Card Account Terms and GXS FlexiLoan Terms and Conditions with effect from 27 April 2025.

The key updates are as follows:

1. Section A will be revised to include new clauses: A3.4, A5.1(n), A5.2, A6.1(c), A10.5(g), (i), A10.6, A12.2, A18.3(l), (m), (o), and A20.3. In particular, please note that under Clause A20.3, you will be deemed to agree to and accept amendments to the Terms which we notify you of, if you continue to use any service or product provided by us.
   
   
2. The following clauses in Section A will be revised: Clauses A2.7, A2.8(f), A3.1, A3.2, A3.3, A4.1, A5.1(a), (c), (h), A6.1, A7.1(f), A7.2(e), A9.1, A10.2, A10.4, A10.5, A10.5(j) (formerly A10.5(h)), A10.7 (formerly A10.6), A10.7(b) (formerly A10.6(b)), A11.1, A12.1, A13.5, A15.1(a), (b), (c), (e), A15.2, A15.3, A18.1, A18.3, A18.3(i), (n) (formerly (l)), A18.4, and A20.1.
   
   
3. The definitions of “Event of Default” and “Loss” under Clause A28.1 will be revised.

In the meantime, you can continue to transfer funds into your GXS Savings Account via PayNow or FAST transfers.

We will be revising our GXS FlexiLoan Terms and Conditions with effect from 1 November 2024. 

The key update is as follows: 

• Under Section B: GXS FlexiLoan Terms and Conditions, the Bank reserves the right to charge you a fee equivalent to one day’s interest at your current interest rate if full repayment is made on the same day a loan is drawn. This will take effect on 1 November 2024.
• Late interest charges will be increased from 18% p.a. to 28% p.a., chargeable from 3 days past the repayment date. The 2 day grace period will continue to remain in effect. This will take effect on 1 November 2024.

With immediate effect from 15 August 2024, Section B (Savings Account) of the Deposit Account Terms will be revised as follows:

(1) The Main Account and Saving Pockets will be updated to award you separate interest rates. We will no longer award base interest for funds in the Main Account, and base and additional interest for funds in Saving Pockets. 

The interest rates will continue to be 2.38% p.a. for the Main Account and 2.68% p.a. for the Saving Pockets.

(2) The GXS Savings Account will come with a new Boost Pocket feature awarding base and bonus interest. The Boost Pocket will be subject to availability and rolled out progressively to customers.
