Ecosystem Terms - Singtel
(With effect from 27 June 2025)
These Ecosystem Terms – Singtel (“Terms”) set out the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between GXS Bank Pte. Ltd. (the “Bank”, “us”, “we” or “our”) and the customer (“you” or “your”) and the services and products that we provide to you under these Terms.
Section A (General Terms and Conditions) sets out the terms and conditions (the “General Terms”) that apply generally to the services, products and/or rewards that the Bank provides to you under these Terms.
In addition, specific terms and conditions (each referred to as “Specific Terms”, and collectively referred to as the “Specific Terms”) will apply to the provision of specific services, products and/or rewards by the Bank to you. When the Bank introduces or agrees to provide you with new services, products and/or reward, the Bank will introduce Specific Terms to these Terms that apply to the provision of the new services, products and/or rewards without giving you any advance notice. Any such Specific Terms will take effect from the date we agree to provide you with the relevant new service, product and/or reward. The Specific Terms are part of these Terms. If there is any inconsistency between the General Terms and the Specific Terms, the Specific Terms will prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
1. Eligibility for Ecosystem Terms – Singtel
1.1 To be eligible for any of the services, products and rewards (as the case may be) under these Terms, you:
- must have and maintain one or more account(s) for GXS Bank services and products required for the specific service, product and/or reward; and
- meet such other requirements that the Bank may specify from time to time.
1.2 Your participation in the Ecosystem Terms – Singtel is subject to your GXS Bank account being active and in good standing (in the Bank’s sole determination).
1.3 The Bank shall have the sole discretion to determine your eligibility to participate in the Ecosystem Terms – Singtel and shall be entitled to disqualify any person and/or account(s) eligible to participate in the Ecosystem Terms – Singtel without reason, notice or liability to any person, and shall not be liable for any Loss that may be incurred as a result.
2. Terms and Conditions
2.1 You shall comply with the Bank’s terms and conditions, including but not limited to the Terms of Use, Data Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Deposit Account Terms.
2.2 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other terms and conditions of the Bank, such other terms and conditions shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
2.3 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the ecosystem with Singtel, these Terms shall prevail.
3. Instructions
3.1 Where any instruction is given through any means that require you to use a passcode or PIN to access an application or other system before giving such instruction or to provide an authentication code, you agree that the use of such passcode, PIN or authentication code is evidence that the instruction comes from you and is authorised by you.
4. Your Obligations
4.1 You represent and warrant on a continuing basis that you have the full power, authority and capacity to enter into these Terms, to enter into any transactions with or through the Bank, and to perform and comply with all your obligations under these Terms.
5. Singtel
5.1 Under these Terms, “Singtel” means Singtel Mobile Singapore Pte Ltd, Singapore Telecommunications Ltd, or its affiliates, where applicable. Singtel’s terms and conditions as determined by Singtel from time to time apply.
5.2 The Bank is not an agent of Singtel. The Bank holds a banking licence and is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. The Bank is a separate entity from the Singtel Group entities. The Bank is the provider of the GXS Savings Account. The Bank’s terms and conditions are separate from Singtel’s terms and conditions. The Bank is not responsible for the terms and conditions, or any changes to the terms and conditions, of Singtel.
5.3 The My Singtel app and/or any other Singtel app or digital platform (“Singtel platform”) is not operated by the Bank, and the availability and provision of any Singtel platform is dependent on Singtel. The Bank is not responsible for any actions of Singtel, or any non-availability of any Singtel platform.
5.4 Any issues or disputes relating to any Singtel platform, including maintenance and support issues, malfunctions, or claims relating to the Singtel platform, should be resolved directly with Singtel.
5.5 In the event of any non-availability of any Singtel platform, please use the Bank’s mobile application to access and use the Bank’s services or products.
6. Liabilities and Indemnities
6.1 The Bank shall not be liable for any Loss that you may incur in connection with or arising from our provision of services or products to you, unless such Loss is caused by our gross negligence, wilful misconduct or fraud.
6.2 We are not responsible or liable for the acts of any third party, and we will not be liable for any Loss that you may incur as a result of the acts of any such third party, unless such Loss is caused by our gross negligence, wilful misconduct or fraud.
6.3 You agree, on a continuing basis, to indemnify the Bank, and pay and reimburse the Bank, for all and any Losses that the Bank may incur in connection with or arising from our provision of services or products to you, except where such Loss is caused by our gross negligence, wilful misconduct or fraud.
7. Amendments
7.1 The Bank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to add to, amend, modify or vary any or all of these Terms at any time without notice including, without limitation, the eligibility of any person for any service, product and/or reward under these Terms. If you continue to use any service, product and/or reward under these Terms after having been notified of variations, additions, deletions, amendments and/or modifications to these Terms, you are deemed to have agreed to and accepted these amendments. If you do not accept any such amendments, you must discontinue your use of the service, product and/or reward under these Terms. The decision of the Bank on all matters relating to these Terms shall be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by the Bank.
7.2 The Bank may introduce additional sections to these Terms that apply to the provision of new services, products and/or rewards without giving you any advance notice. Any such sections will take effect from the date we agree to provide you with the relevant new service, product and/or reward.
8. No Third Party Rights
8.1 A third party who is not a party to these Terms shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any provision of these Terms.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Singapore law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
10. Definitions and Interpretation
10.1 The below sets out the meaning of the following capitalised words when used in these Terms.
“Acceptable Use Policy” means the good practices and constraints that you must agree to comply with, for access to, and/or use of, our website at www.gxs.com.sg and/or our mobile application, as (i) set out at the following URL: www.gxs.com.sg/acceptable-use, or (ii) made available through our mobile application.
“Data Privacy Policy” means our data privacy policy as (i) set out at the following URL: www.gxs.com.sg/data-privacy, or (ii) made available through our mobile application.
“Deposit Account Terms” means our terms and conditions governing deposit accounts (i) set out at the following URL: www.gxs.com.sg/deposit-account-terms, or (ii) made available through our mobile application.
“Loss” means any losses, damages, costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis), expenses, liabilities, taxes, charges, suits, proceedings, actions, claims, any other demands or remedies of any kind, whatsoever and however caused, whether arising under contract, tort or otherwise, and including any lost profits, earnings, business, goodwill or opportunity, whether or not foreseeable, and whether direct, indirect or consequential.
“PIN” means the personal identification number for any service or product provided by the Bank.
“Terms of Use” means the terms and conditions forming the basis of our agreement with you when you use and/or access any of our digital banking services and platforms, including but not limited to our website at www.gxs.com.sg and our mobile application as (i) set out at the following URL: www.gxs.com.sg/terms-of-use, or (ii) made available through our mobile application.
This Section B (GXS Bank Payments) sets out the terms and conditions on which the Bank provides you with payments journeys on the My Singtel app, which allow you to make payments on the My Singtel app using your GXS Savings Account as a payment method.
1. Linking your GXS Savings Account
1.1 You may at any time link or un-link your GXS Savings Account to or from your My Singtel app as a payment method.
1.2 When your GXS Savings Account is linked to your My Singtel app, you will be able to make bill payments to Singtel on your My Singtel app by selecting your GXS Savings Account as the payment method.
1.3 If you link or attempt to link your GXS Savings Account with the Singtel account or My Singtel app logged in with the account of another person, the Bank shall have the right to un-link your GXS Savings Account from the My Singtel app account.
1.4 The Bank may revoke your rights to link your GXS Savings Account to, and reserves the right to un-link your GXS Savings Account from, the My Singtel app as a payment method at any time at the Bank’s discretion. The Bank reserves the right to require your prior consent before linking your GXS Savings Account to your My Singtel app.

Deposit Insurance Scheme
Singapore dollar deposits of non-bank depositors are insured by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation, for up to S$100,000 in aggregate per depositor per Scheme member by law. Foreign currency deposits, dual currency investments, structured deposits and other investment products are not insured.
