All slots for the GXS Savings Account are full! How can I sign up for early access for future slots?

Slots for the GXS Savings Account are limited, on a first-come, first-served basis. To sign up for early access for future slots, register your details via the GXS Bank app.

Why can’t I apply with Singpass Myinfo?

To open a GXS Savings Account, your personal information on SingPass Myinfo has to be up to date. Check that SingPass Myinfo has all your updated details, such as your residential address, email, and phone number.

Why can’t I apply for an additional GXS Savings Account for myself?

Oops, each individual can only have one GXS Savings Account at the moment. Stay tuned for updates.

Why wasn’t my application for a GXS Savings Account approved immediately?

Applications that satisfy our eligibility criteria (which includes prevailing laws, regulations, and our policies) are typically approved instantly. If we need more information to approve your application, we’ll send you an email or a push notification.

My device has no passcode protection, why can’t I register it?

For security reasons, we are not able to provide access to devices which are not passcode protected. You can go to your phone settings to set a passcode or access your GXS account on a passcode-protected device.

My phone is jailbroken, why can’t I register it?

For security reasons, we are not able to provide access to GXS Bank accounts on jailbroken devices. You can access your GXS Bank account on another device.

I tried to login with Singpass but I was unable to access my GXS Bank account, what should I do?

Why is my application not approved?

All applications are subject to the bank's internal review. The bank needs to conduct an assessment on all submitted applications and supporting documentation. Sorry we couldn’t offer you a GXS Savings Account at this point.
