How do I participate in the Rewards Boost Campaign?

It's easy! You can earn Rewards Boosts of Grab and/or Dash reward points through this campaign, simply by maintaining an average balance of S$500 in your Main Account of your GXS Savings Account from 19 July to 31 August 2023 and spending through your Grab and/or Singtel Dash accounts with GXS.

What does maintaining an average balance in my Main Account for the Promotion Period mean?

The average balance is calculated as the average of all day end balances in the Promotion Period. For example, if you have day end balances of $500 from 19th to 31st July and $1000 from 1st to 31st August, then your average balance is equals to ($500*13)+($1000*31) divided by 44 days. Your average balance will be $852.27.

When will I receive the GrabRewards or Dash Reward points?

You will receive the points in your Dash or Grab accounts within 15 working days from the last day of the Promotion Period.

I don't see the points that I have earned in my Grab and/or Singtel Dash App. What should I do?

What counts as an eligible transaction?

First, you must fund your Main Account and link your GXS Savings Account to your Grab and/or Dash apps. Thereafter, use the funds from your GXS Savings Account to pay for Grab rides, food, express or mart transactions and/or make Dash QR payments at Cheers, 7-11 and more!

Can I receive the reward points for both Grab and Dash in the same period?

Yes you can, as long as you satisfy the criteria to receive both Dash Reward points and GrabRewards points. Simply ensure you choose GXS Savings Account to pay for your transactions.

Terms and Conditions

1. The GXS Savings Account balance is capped at S$75,000.

2. GXS Bank is a separate entity and is not associated with the businesses of Grab Holdings, Singtel and their entities. The GXS Savings Account is provided by GXS. GXS holds a banking licence and is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

3. Payment with GXS Bank on Singtel Dash app: GXS Savings Account should be payment method on Singtel Dash app for this Promotion. Applicable for Dash QR code payments, including merchants like Cheers and 7-11. Excludes Fave transactions and merchants at hawker centres, coffee shops and JTC canteens.

4. Payment with GXS Bank on Grab app: GXS Savings Account should be linked as the payment mode on the Grab app for this Promotion, for Grab Transport, Food, Mart and Express payments.
